Are all the recipes on this website your own?

99%, yes. From time to time I will post a recipe that I have found in a book, magazine or on another website. When I do, I make sure to give credit to the author of that original content, by noting it and linking back to that original content where possible.

How do you come up with your recipes?

I’m very lucky in that ideas for food flow pretty freely and regularly through my food obsessed brain. That’s the easy part. I find inspiration anywhere and everywhere. I develop my recipes through trial and error and lots of testing. The hard part is working out which one to post first.

Oats, hazelnuts and chocolate chips combine in these Chocolate Chip Hazelnut Cookies to result in a cookie that's crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle.

Do you eat all the food yourself?

Not all of it but a lot of it. I taste test everything until I’m happy with it and think it’s worth posting. I’m also very lucky to have a lot of very willing taste testers among my friends and family (and a gym membership).

Do you take all the photos yourself?

Yes, I do. All photos on my blog have been taken by myself. I really love photography in general and especially food photography so it’s one of the parts of my website that I spend the most time on.

What camera do you use?

I use a Canon EOS 7D DSLR and my favourite lens is my 60mm macro.
