This Avocado Cream Sauce is tangy, nutty and perfect for using as a dip or for topping burgers or tacos. It's almost a smooth, creamy guacamole minus tomato and every bit as delicious.

light sour cream (or greek yoghurt)

lime, juice and zest
▢

small clove garlic
▢

handful coriander (cilantro)
▢

teaspoon
salt
▢

cracked black pepper
For best results, always weigh ingredients where a weight is provided
Instructions
Makes about ⅔ cup
Scoop the flesh from the avocado and place it in a food processor
Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth
Serve immediately
