Smooth and creamy, this easy salted caramel fudge is totally addictive and takes less than 10 minutes
Melt together ingredients
Add ingrredients to a saucepan and melt together.
Cook, stirring for 6-8 minutes until very thick.
Add white chocolate and salt and stir through.
When ready it'll be thick and will leave ripples as it drops off the spatula.
Into a tin
Pour it into a lined tin and scatter over some sea salt.
Cut it up
Once it's set, cut it into squares.
Serve and enjoy!
