Beat the eggs
Beat the eggs really well until fluffy and the beater leaves a trail
Slowly add in sugar
Add dry ingredients
Use a folding action to add in the dry ingredients.
Fold in the wet ingredients
Pour the batter into a baking tin and bake
Cut the cooled cake into 24 squares
Coat the squares in a chocolate glaze
Coat the cake in fine desiccated coconut then leave them to set.
Serve and enjoy!
