Instructions
Line a large baking tray (25 x 40cm) with baking paper.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine both chocolate (broken into pieces).
Place in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir then repeat, Continue this process (making sure to stir well between each microwave blitz) until all chocolate is melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared tray and use a spatula to spread it evenly to the edges.
Sprinkle your chosen ingredients over the top and place in the fridge to set, before breaking into large chunks
